Finally!! Wooot!!

Knowing what I know about this addon (which I paid 39.95 for during the pre-order discount days) I would GLADLY HAPPILY and SMILING shell out one hundred bucks for it no questions asked. It is, quite simply, the most advanced addon aircraft to ever see FS 2004. Period. Groundbreaking. And no, I don't work for VRS. 'Nuff said.
 
FS9=Made specifically for FS9
FSX=Native FSX model

The two aircraft are different projects and as such are being offered for sale to their respective sim users. I don't use FSX... but if I ever go to FSX, I will simply re-purchase; I'd rather spend the money twice and get an aircraft tailor-made for each sim than one that doesn't work exceptionally well in either. Just an opinion, though.
 
Are they still going to include a paint for each operational F/A-18E squadron? I seem to remember this being said shortly after the initial announcement that it was in development.

I did the pre-order so I'm awaiting 12/20 !:mixedsmi:

Yes....as well as at 1 fictional paint. They have been made aware of as many new paints as possible and Jon and his team have made it a point to include as many (if not all) paints that the 'E' has been seen wearing. Not sure about a paint kit, but would assume that one would be made available sometime down the road. HTH!

According to their forum, preorder-folks should get an email with instructions as soon as it's available. Just checked their site and it's still "pre-order". Got a few more hours left before it's the 21st here in the states.....
 
I'm curious, if you hit the pre-order button it takes you right to the $44.95 purchase.......does this means its available now for download?

Hmm. They say the HUD is very very accurate, and that the velocity vector provides correct indication of your velocity vector, or “flight path”. But this screen shot makes me worry if this is not actually the case, and makes me suspect this HUD is no different than any other HUD I’ve ever seen in an FS plane.

It is the most accurate HUD to ever see the light of a flightsim world day....and as far as the wait......I am pullin' my hair out!!!!!!!:banghead:Bring it on!!!:friday:
