They will work fine, better even. Ankor's shaders now differentiate between textures that should be displayed at full brightness at all times, and those that should be lit by ambient lighting. All you have to do is add the full bright texture names to a list in the texturemagic.ini file and you're good to go! It also allows a list for textures to be displayed only at night, meaning runway lights and such will turn off automatically when the sun comes up.
