This aircraft, and many other Buchons, were removed from storage and made airworthy again for the film “The Battle of Britain”. During this time, between 1967 and 1968 the aircraft was placed on the UK register under the ownership of Spitfire Productions LTD. The aircraft made its last flight during filming in December 1968.
