Has anyone done any repaints for the FS9 Flight Replicas Me 262? I've finally started flying this and it's quite good.

Good idea to fly this one again Willy! I must have it somewhere on CD. Don't know if there were any repaints. When was this one published? Do you remember that?

Cees, I got it several months ago but it was a bit to much for my older comp to run. This new one handles it quite well. We've had a 1940s jet thing going on during our nightly multiplayer flights lately and I brought out the 262 last night.

Stuart, thanks for the link. I'll see if I can dig anything up. Without a starting point, it can be hard to find things in the file library.

mike_cyul did a few additional repaints and TonyG did some as well.

They are all here in the library.

Cheers,
Huub

I found my copy of the 262 including Proof of purchase and the Key, but it won't open! Never had that before!

I found 2 more paints by Mike CYUL earlier.

As many paints as have been done for his BF 109s, you'd think there would be more for the 262.

I've got the sound folder from the CFS 3 default Me 262 that was recorded by MS from one of the new build 262s. Think I'm going to give that a try in the Flight Replicas 262.

A little stroll...

Decided to take the 262 for a little stroll in one of Tony G's paints. I took off from Templehof in Berlin and headed west. My first stop was in Lelystad, Holland where I found this nice what looked to be a bar. Then I was off again for Valkenberg Navy base. Leaving Valkenberg, I flew over Rotterdam and headed farther south to Chievres AB in Belgium. (to be continued)

I put Chievres behind me and headed for the coast. While crossing the Channel, I found this aircraft carrier and just naturally had to buzz it. Then it was up the Thames and to the Combat Flight Center and parking at the Cantina for a cold one. Not a bad little flight and I got plenty of practice with approaches and landings in the 262.
