What was your tail number, Reddog?

I started flying AW in '92 and continued until EA killed it.

I still have an AH account but only fly scenarios these days
when I'm not traveling.

A lot of us former AW'ers hang out in a nntp newsgroup
that evolved from Blue Barons "Big Week" events near
the end of the AW era.

I sure do miss those 12-frame DoK GoNzO scenarios!!

I can't believe the $$$$ I spent flying AW on GEnie at
$6/hour....several $600-$700 credit card bills!!

Before I discovered Air Warrior and the thrill of flying
online against REAL adversaries, I dabbled with various
stand-alone sims in the 80's. I had some version of
MSFS in that time frame but once I started flying
Air Warrior I never had any other sim on my computers
until after the demise of that ground-breaking sim.

It was only in recent years that I came back to MSFS with
FS9 and now FSX. FSX now takes the majority of my
'flying time' as well as my 'tweaking time' .

Paul aka Gypsy Baron ( Air Warrior - 4580 )

Sorry never flew online untill I was into FS2002, all my combat sim flying was offline.
