FlightSimLabs Concorde X

Does anybody have the P3D version of FSL Concorde X. I just noticed that there is a new version of the Concorde, specifically for P3D, although the price is a bit steep. Before taking the plunge, I'd like to know what it's like?

Cheers

There was a long thread over at Avsim about it, but it started getting a bit out of hand, so i've no idea if the thread is still acive or not as i don't go there any more.

I was very interested in that bird.
Basically, it's one of the most realistic addons available for FSX/P3D, and it's the only serious representation of the Concorde anyways.
That new P3D version is an adaptation of the FSX one which had some incompatible stuff. They made quite a lot of optimizations too, if I remember correctly.

On the bad sides, the VC is still the same as the previous version, so it still has some non-3D gauges and such, but that doesn't really matter.
The worst thing for me is that the VC is not totally working. You still have to use 2D panels to interract with the systems and engines of the plane, and this is an absolute show-stopper for me.
The technical reason behind this is the amount of systems, gauges, switches and lights that would bring the FPS down to single digits if everything was modelled and interractive in 3D.
