Focke-Wulf repaint

Outstanding work and I too now that I am done my work training will be getting back to doing repaints for this and the other WoP fighters, and I am hoping to develope a paint kit for the SU P-51 series.

Great looking paint, Rick. Thanks! :ernae:

Very nice repaint! :applause::applause::applause:
It looks like there is a problem with the color of the spinner: it's green and then it becomes red when it rotates...

Regards,

Stephan

I tried to see if I could do anything with that when I was working on this and could not come up with a solution. :banghead: If anyone does I will correct it.

To all, thanks for your comments, I am happy to share my work at the outhouse

Hi ST,
As said very nice re-paint. Looks good in Fs9 and CFS2. Many thanks.

The answer to the spinner problem is that the two areas next to each other (see pic below) need to be the same colour. One area is used for the static spinner and the other for the spinning spinner (allows for spiral markings on some models to look like they're turning fast enough or blurred).

So paint both with same colour for the same colour static or spinning spinner. If you do not want a white line across spinning spinner then paint over the small white gap between the two areas.

Cheers Shessi

p.s. Do I win a prize for the most times spinner is mentioned in a post?! :costumes:

Thanks John, and good luck with your beautiful Mustang.

Shessi - I chose to go with the prop colors when the ship is running for that is the correct scheme. The inherent model design is just something I'll have will live with. Thanks for your comments.
