Are there already supposed to be ships, what if and quick combat folders in CFS3?? When I downloaded some I had to make folders on my own for them.Maybe that is why they don't show up when I go to pick a mission.

There should be a Missions folder. That fas 3 sub-folders, historical, training and whatif. There is no Quick Combat folder as such - the info for that all goes into uisel.xml in C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Combat Flight Simulator 3.0

There should be a ships folder. If none of these are there, you have a major problem...

Can you take a screenshot of your CFS3 folder open in Windows Explorer?
