Dang Jankee's... That is fabulous man!

How in the world did you learn to model alum. like that in graphics???

:applause:

That second shot is a beauty. I don't know what it is about some schemes that just makes them hit the spot - it's so simple (to look at, not to do!) but it's perfect.

Excellent choice for a repaint, Jan Kees! I've been on the fence about doing that one myself. Here is another repaint idea, following a similar format...and even better, the name is rather 'naughty'. ;)

Yup John, for the 1940s, that was certainly naughties... :icon_lol:

Very nice repaint, Jan Kees (yeah, yeah, I know. All your repaints are excellent... Just keep it up and we'll have to keep saying it 'coz it's true. :d)

I'm not stopping you, John...

if you want to be naughty..

Perhaps I'll make it as a bonus skin in the update then. ;) Unfortunately it is unclear as to what the exact information was, and how it was presented, in that little black box in front of the cockpit for the crew names. I think this alone is the hardest part about painting these aircraft - finding those smallest details. It appears as though you were successful in your quest with "Available Jones" however!

The typography is what excites me...and the reason why I like the "Available Jones" scheme as well, with the combination of the design of the background behind the words, and that triangle below the "5th" - it really takes you back to the era, just by the looks.
