I would like to see a repaint for the 747-200 of the now defunct Project Open Sky depicting the livery of the Civil Aviation Administration of China airline.

Is anyone willing to make it?

There is a paintkit for the 747-200 (although it says 747-100) at the Project Open Sky Archives.
