For those who always fly alone

It's rare for even those of us who are retired to have 7 hours in a row to dedicate to flight simming, but when the opportunity presents itself, what better way than to enjoy the time with friends :listening_headphone

Much more fun

If you have never shared the sky with a fellow simmer, try something new in 2019. It is great to fly with someone else. I started flying with a friend who since passed back in FS9 in Dave Eckert's Stearman. Now with Join FS you don't even have to have the same simulator or version to share the sky or even the cockpit if the designer of the aircraft has that built into the model. Groups like the 91st BG sometimes have 10-12 or more B-17s in the sky together recreating missions. You can even have a real copilot (first officer) All cockpits can be shared but not all aircraft allow both pilots to handle switches and buttons Try and see with a friend. Happy New Year to all here on SOH. :jump::jump:
