A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Japanese

Description: textures for japan Ki 30 Ann 2 for 16th sentai Philippone 1942.
1 for 90th sentai Chine 1940.

It includes a new "model" for shined textures.

There is also a panel with Austin bomber sight (The Ki-30 is an horizontal bomber)
This package also contains a new aircraft cfg file.

Merci Dombral for your new skins
I see on your pictures that the rear canopy is closed or open, depending on the shot.
I have tried all the keys and combinaisons of keys to open or close this canopy, but I did not succeed in.
Do you use a special MDL,air or cfg file to have it opened /closed ? If not, what combinaison of keys do you use ?

I haven't been able to make it work either. If there is a way, I'd like to know so that I could have Rami put in an amended 'read me' with the instructions.

les verrieres fermées appartiennent à l'ancienne version du Ki30 . Je l'utilise comme AI .

Kinda what I feared. If my French is up to the task, it appears that the pics are of the same skins on an older version of the Ki 30 which Dombral uses as an AI.

Just had another 'brainfart'! I could do a rear canopy cover as a weapon & add it to the DP! I'm assuming that it was removable as opposed to retractable anyway. The only downside here would be the texture of the frame matching the skin of the aircraft. Rivet counting but WTH.

Took some time & checked it out. Looks like an exercise in futility. The rear cover must have been removed when the mg was mounted.

I feel like you and do not think it is quite necessary to make such a removable canopy
