fragging mission 1945

Having a problem with this fragging mission.
I think it as something to do with the p_47d_25 and the escortattach and escortdetachfrom waypoints but I cannot figure out what is the problem.

Found the problem: the mission is OK.
But when I change ereas the ETOGLSSwapper.bat does not make the changes so I was not in the 1945 erea making the mission crash everytime.
How can I fix this so that the erea changes also in the global_layer folder? The game is on the K drive.
