Frankfurt Am Main Video

Okay, so my first tour in Germany the A3/A5 A-Bahn Kreuz was under construction. When I left Germany in late 1990, the A3/A5 Kreuz was under construction. When I returned in 1994, the A3/A5 Kreuz was under construction. When I left again the A3/A5 Kruez was under construction. Can I now assume based on this video, that the A3/A5 Kreuz is complete?
