Frequency Display for the programmer

Hi I was wondering if anyone out there could make a simple frequency display, that starts with FSX and will dispaly the frequencies of the radios, The reason I ask is some of the older planes have the old style ADF which can be rather difficult to to set the correct frequency especially in the JF connie where it is out by a few KHz and inconsistent. It doesnt have to tune, just show the frequency, The A2A 377 have a 2d panel that does just that , it would be appreciated.
