    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

fs Hurricane texture problem

Hi guys, I'm fairly new to CFS3 (all my background is in CFS2 and FS2004), so I'm not up to speed on the CFS3 and the DDS, MOS texture deal, but what do I do about the prop on the fs Hurricane Mk I? Also the cockpit is a monotone gray color. Thanks.
 
Hi Stoney, yeah, you're missing parts...DDS files.
There is probably a Shared file to download where
you got that Hurri. FouteMan's site.

There's a file called 'itagauges' that would fix that prop
and cockpit, too I think. PM me with an address and I could send it.
 
It seems you are missing the FS Hurricane shared file. I believe if you look in the downloads section here, under British aircraft repaints (probably the same place you obtained the Hurricane), there is a shared file entitled "fs_rafbobfighter_sharedv2files". This should supply what you are missing.
 
Thanks guys. I don't have that shared file and the link here seems to be out, I would sure appreciate it if you would send my a copy. I'll send my adsy in apm and thanks again!
