I downloaded it...but unless it has a built in monkey to "monkey" with the stuff in the air file...it will do me about as much good as AirEd...which is close to nothing. Not the program's fault, just can't get my brain wrapped around air files.

I don't understand all of it, but it has several advantages. One of the first things I learned was that you can control the speed at wich spoilers deploy/retract, along with their drag (remember the "super spoiler" airfiles for carrier landings?). There's also a parameter that controls the ground effect "cussion" on landing. I've seen high wing planes that felt like delta wings because there was so much "float." There's quite a lot that's duplicated (therefore overridden) in the cfg, but there's still plenty of minor details that can only be tweaked in the air file.
 
AAM is a program
that was coupled with AAC payware
it is a good program
