FS2004 sounds?

Are there any issues with using an aircraft soundpack from FS2004 in an FSX aircraft?

I have been looking for a good Woka Woka sound for the Chinook, have you found one?

I have tried some Fs2004 sounds with no problems, but on other aircraft.
