I installed FS9 When used in full screen resolution, the menu bar does not appear when you press the ALT key What to set? My max resolution is 1920x1080

I have the same resolution setting on my machine and the only solution I found was to run in windowed mode. I hope someone here has a better solution.

Yes, the window mode, there, even the line smoothing is more beautiful But still it would be better in full screen ....:banghead:

Not sure what the problem is, although I should mention that I've set FS9 to run in compatibility settings.
For example: at 4K (3840x2160x120Hz) and 50FPS with everything maxed out I'm getting this result.
The only negative is where the older aircraft look a trifle rough as their low textures don't cope with such high resolution settings.

I'm have FS9 installed on a Win10 system. Just checked and both the Full and Windowed views work fine.
Pressing the ALT key brings up the menu on Full Windowed view and I can switch back and forth.
Not sure why it isn't working for you. I'm running 1920x1080x32 resolution in the sim as well as my desktop.

Here, pressing the ALT key will make the menu bar disappear I mean the bar doesn't appear

To clarify, my experience just now...

I can toggle back and forth between Full Screen and Windowed mode using Alt-Enter.

Hitting Alt in Full Screen mode makes the menu bar appear.

Hitting Alt in Windowed mode puts focus on the already visible menu bar.
