FSS Boeing 727-100 Released

ColoKent

SOH-CM-2025
Morning everyone! The FSS Boeing 727-100 has been released. As a fan of FSS's -200, I wanted to be a first day buyer (currently has a 20% discount for owners of the -200 pax or cargo versions). It is downloading as I type. I'll edit this message with my initial impressions after I have had a chance to fly it a bit.

EDIT: I struggled a tiny bit with the registration (resolved)...then took off from KLAX, got up to 5,000 feet and flew down the coast and landed at KSLI. The airplane flew really well, and seems like a bit of a hot rod compared to the -200. It also felt almost STOL-like in it's ability to slow down and drop onto the runway. Very impressed with this, as FSS's initial release had some bugs...this release seems to have taken those lessons to heart. Can't wait for the repaints to start showing up (Braniff "Jelly Bean" and "Flying Colors", Original [early 60s] PSA, Air West [pre-HAW], American Astrojet, Gold tail Continental...to name just a few!). Pretty happy with it.

From their website:

Currently, the add-on is available at Aerosoft. Other shops like Contrail, Simmarket, etc., will follow 1-2 weeks later. To install the aircraft, you will receive a serial key that can be used in the installer applications Aerosoft One and Contrail, regardless of where you purchased it.
