FSX error

All of a sudden I have this error when ever i try to start FSX now. Couldn't load language resource dll
error file:
error code:0x7E (126)
Program is aborting
I install FS9 to try to get my C9 Phantom working and the addon manger for FS9.
And AOL IM.

Man I don't have a clue, but dang, good luck in getting it going again!!!

I'm sure one of these fine folks here will be along shortly.
