FSX in a window

For some reason, my FSX is coming up in a window now (task bar comes up on the bottom, window frame on the top). I've had this issue before, fairly recently in fact, and I know it's an easy fix but for the life of me, I can't remember how to get it non-windowed (over 50, what can I say). Can someone remind me how to get a normal non-windowed display?

whenever I hit alt-tab (I do a lot of multitasking) it doesn't come up again. I have to doubletap alt-enter to get it to come up again.

It's interesting how FSX behaves differently for different rigs. My fps goes down in windowed mode.

Maximized window here. Smoother and reasonable fps considering the age of the computer. Full screen SAYS the fps are higher but it is nothing but stutters and pauses. Yuck.

Count me in on the Maximized Window side.

I've always noticed slightly better frame rates and crisper looking graphics while in Max Window over Full Screen.

Also, not having access to the Taskbar while on the fly would drive me nuts. There is stuff down there I need while I'm flying. :)

And feel lucky to ever get out of slew...

I get better frames in a full size window compared to full screen as well.
