yet another reason I'm surprised that IRIS has chosen to produce an F-16D.

Well Aerosoft told the people it would do a D version after the C came out, and alot of people were excited. I too really wanted a D version, which never happened.

From what I heard in the Iris video, the F-16D we saw was a consumer version or something, and a Pro version was in the works.

I'll most likely get the pro version, money Aerosoft could have had if they kept their promise

So you are saying that the Iris one shown before was a lower end model and there will also be a Pro version?

Kirk's F16 is just ported over though, lots of people don't fly ports, I don't and won't and never will...... again, lol.:ernae:

To awnser your question Raptor, if you look at the Iris F-14 and then the F-14 Pro, there is a considerable difference. And port overs? What are those? lol kidding, I won't fly those either, I have FS9 for FS9 aircraft, and FSX for well FSX aircraft.

I'm sure this will be a great product

The IRIS F-16 is one version... don't know where the confusion has arrisen regarding a pro and standard version.. but then I did do the vid at 4am...
