FSX PopUps in Win10

Noticed this earlier during a test flight. I have dual monitors set up and one I use specifically for pop-ups so they aren't in the way on my main monitor. What I found was that when I click on a popup to load it, its visible and can be sized but as soon as I "undock" that window it disappears (technically), I still see a border but the background becomes whatever is in the background. . .basically transparent. When I move the undocked gauge to the other monitor it reappears. Not a big deal really but something I never experienced in Win7.

Using Bjoern's Poll as an example:

Win10 64bit
Carried Everything over
NVidia GTX 650Ti
Driver Ver 353.62
FSX/Accel
