• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

FSX Real Engine 1.4 Help

I'm having trouble installing this addon to some of my piston planes. I added the folder containing all the xml's to the main FSX Gauges folder. But I'm not really sure what to do after that. I know I have to edit the panel.cfg's of each plane I want it in, but I don't really know what I'm doing. Also I'm pretty sure I've seen the developer for this neat sounding utility on this forum before
 
"I don't know what I'm doing." is akin to calling 911, screming "Help me, officer!" and hanging up.

With what step of editing panel.cfgs are you having problems with?
 
well I installed the main addon folder to the FSX gauges folder, but I'm not sure how to add it to the planes I want. That's where I'm stuck
