Updated panel.cfg files for the Lionheart Creations Whittman Tailwind to fix the issue with the main 2d panel not properly appearing while using triple-wide setups like TH2G or ATI Eyefinity, as well as repositions and resizes all other 2d panel windows to try and take maximum advantage of the three monitor setup.
