Hello guys,

Many thanks for your support, your help !
We appreciate a lot.

We'll try to update web site, weekly:

We are thinking about a new web site, but later, after release of the pack.

So the site is updated : new screenshots, a Phu Cat page, and updated airfields list.

So cheers, :guinness:

Many thanks to you.

:;chuckles:: Mannn do you guys know how to hold a candle up to a moth.. i shouldnt even look at it, but ya know i gotta have it..

As SEA is my preferred flying area I'm really excited about this project. This area is much too neglected by designers (just FlyTampa's Kai Tak in the vicinity). So FSGlobalX and FSceneX Asia is a must imho. I hope that these addons don't cause too much distortion with this project.
I really appreciate the inclusion of airfields in Cambodia, Laos and Thailand as well (I only wish they could blend the bases with the background like Falcon's airfields do).
Thanks in advance, merci beaucoup!

In Nov 1966 my unit, MATCU-62(Marine Air Traffic Control Unit) arrived in Danang coming from MCAS Kanehoe Bay. Assigned to MAG-16 at Marble Mtn. Our equipment came by ship and arrived sometime durning the early part of Dec 66 and by the end of Dec we had taken over from the Air Force the ATC stuff at Dong Ha and Khe Sahn. The unit(2 Officers and 30 enlisted were split between the two places along with our portable control towers and GCA equipment. I spent all my time at Dong Ha so don't know how accurate your Khe Sahn is but Donga Ha needs some revamping. the runway was Marsten Matting, steel planks with holes in it joined to gether to form the runway I think it was around 3000' Long, enough for C130's and C123's O-1's and O-2's. TheF4 off the end of the runway was there when we got there. Apparently hit up north and couldn't make back to Danang he put it in there and bothwalked away.Looking at your screen shot of it across the runway from the ramp, also planked matting,Was our site a few huts and theportable tower and GCA radar the open ara further out and before the huts in the distance was the chopper landing field. Usually had a squadron of MAG 16 ones up fromMarble Mtn and also lots of Army ones in and out. Once had a Navy skyraider off one of the carriers land there with a problem and was left for a few days before it was flown out again needless to say we had it painted up pretty nice for those Swabbies:jump:
gee surprized I remembered all that it was a long time ago
