    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

This is a really cool place to fly. I tend to look for areas of exceptional beauty to use as my warbird playgrounds, and when I looked at northern Washington from google earth I was drawn to the area around Concrete.

Something interesting is how similar this image is to the one in my Tongass X thread. The Tongass X image never came to mind when I set up this shot, yet the lines of the river and hills are nearly identical in both. Not just in my composition but in the landscape as well. It's funny how I've only spent two nights simming in recent weeks, and by chance each session produced an image mirroring the other.
