What a bumpy ride that was.. I need a beer and a vomit bag...

YPDN - WIHH ( 1467.6nm ) and 951lbs ( 142.1gal ) of fuel left over :)

my first night landing and one of the airports we have to do a full stop at :)

ps this aircraft has a max level flight speed of mach 0.96 and not 1.3, it can only do that in a dive and then it will fall apart.

Hmm, better than 1 MPG @ M.9. (395 nmph avg)

1022.5 gal fuel used, 1467 NM travelled.

NICE job.

Here we go Picking on the new guy... :icon_lol:

I think that is WIIH

Other than that Congratulations and nice flight.

there is no airport called WIIH in fsx, sadly i think there is a com error between Duenna and fsx, if you check the coordinates at the end of the flight log it will show as WIHH on the maps :)

Good job gandy!!

All the way around, the flight, your choices on a/c and route and you've stepped right up out of the blue and mastered posting in a duenna run event.

You're gonna be tuff I can tell,,,,way to go mate!

Enjoy this!

I missed my target airport CYVR as i got lost due to a vor that would not track, had the morse beeps but thats it. Also i was running low on fuel and i did not want to chance it so i landed at the first airport i could find :(

Total fuel for leg - 6845lbs
Fuel Left - 810.48lbs
Fuel Used for leg - 6034.25lbs

Thought of the flight - Plan better and use more than 3 vor's to get to an airport.

What happened to the mandatory stop at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage? (PAED)

If it was me, I'd be backtracking there as fast as I could.

opps i forgot about that one.. i changed all my planned routes at the last minute and forgot about that one :(

Not all VORs will give you both bearing and distance, only the ones with a hexagon inside a square. The ones with only a square will give you distance but not bearing, and the ones with only a hexagon will give you bearing but not distance.

The good ones get pretty sparse way out in the boonies.

well i tried the 2000nm flight today and i crashed 1800nm in to the flight while trying to land. I managed to eject with only a few bumps and grazes but the aircraft is a right off :(
