Germany mesh?

Does anyone know of a very good mesh for Germany? I ran a search in the forums and (unless I missed it, which is very possible) I didn't find a lot.

If there's a mesh for the whole of Germany that would be perfect, but mostly I'm looking for the northern states as well as the areas encompassing the former GDR.
