Getting the most from your graphics

Not sure if I should post this here but I was wondering if somone could help. Ive recently been lucky enough to upgrade my computer as my old one melted. I ran my newly installed CFS3 with all sliders at five and had a quick fly. I was amazed to see I could now get FPS in double figures, in fact they were at least 8 to 10 times the amount as I used to get! In steady flight I got around 80 - 90 FPS. Bascially are there any tweaks out there that improve the quality of the graphics? Im not that computer literate so dont really know what to do! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Look for the Insane Rings Tweak in past posts - even your rig can be brought to a stuttering crawl....
