• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Gigantic collection of WW2 photos

Thanx Mark....really historic pictures......It seems many have this fascination with WW2.I do,.and why not..it was a terrible time in the history of man...I look at these guys then,boys all, ..and except for the uniforms,could very well be our G.I.s....But these the comparison ends...Their record of crimes against humanity far exceed the horrors of war.....As a young man,ours and millions of American families were impacted by this,much less the whole world...all lost loved ones!.They do serve a purpose however, this memorabilia,that is never under estimate the danger in the world.The German people are a great people,civilized,love of music,philosophy,Religion,innovators in science,technology, and yet,one man turned them into monsters!civilized People!.Today no nation hates war as much as Germany,so too with Japan,along with the USA!..But there are sinister forces yet,plotting as of today!.... It can always be DE-JA VU all over again,from anyone,and anywhere..Again Thanx...Great stuff
