I have been flying OFF for a few years and have always read your posts refering folks to FAQ Tips and Cheats. I will admit I never checked it out because I felt I knew all that I needed to know for OFF; and left it to those new to OFF.

Well, today I thought, let me check this thread out that he is constanly refering posters to..what a trove of information for new flyers and a great "refresher" for those like myself that thought they knew everything about the sim.

Lots of time and attention put into that thread..but absolutely well worth the read by everyone.

Royce

It's Amazing . . .

You can Lead a horse to water, but a pencil must be Lead :sheep::sheep::sheep:
While it was written prior to Between Heaven and Hell

MOST of the info contained Still Applys

In any case it's "Better than a poke in the eye, with a sharpened stick" :kilroy:

willing to be Led by the Lead ....and hoping to experience this (tho from the W II a beautiful vision to hope for)

High Flight
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there
I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long delirious, burning blue,
I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, or even eagle flew -
And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod
The high untresspassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand and touched the face of God.
