Friendly AI I mean. The enemy AI showed the same problems at low level as has been reported, but I was able to see my observer contribute to my kills with very accurate and aggressive fire. He even finished off the third one after my ammo ran out while I maneuvered to give him a good field of fire. The same tactic worked when I helped a squad mate finish off the last one. I didn't put in a claim for that one. I want to keep that observer!
