Hi all,

Does anyone know how to turn down the shadow effect in GMax?

If you go to Customize on teh Menu Bar, and Viewport Confuration, then select Default Lighting, 1 light or 2 and that changes the lighting for you.

In the view menu, selecting Other/Smooth rather then Smooth + Highlights is also very helpful.
