Gnoopey's P-47 CFS2 Conversion

Sorry for all the queries - have almost a decade of CFS2 mods to catch up on ... :)

Tom (Gnoopey) has in my mind, the best FS9 Thunderbolt out there. I consider it better than the the Alphasim payware version. Two questions, then:

1) Is there a CFS2 conversion pack - I believe there is a connection to "Kristof (sp)'s model, but I don't know the ins and outs.

2) If there is a CFS2 adaptation, any RAF repaints for it? Mr. Butterbolt (Revrev?) has done a ton for the Alphasim version, but I have only the FS9 version, and not the CFS2 version.

Many thanks!

DD - you the man!

Funny, it somehow escaped my notice that he did a package for CFS2 - always assumed it was strictly an FS9 project. Brilliant!

PS - tried it ...

The model installed great ... but I'm having trouble importing a couple of FS9 repaints. I see the main texture file is different - instead of _ in the name, so I changed it to -, same file size, but for some reason, the texture doesn't appear. Any ideas?

Yeah, the textures have to be for CFS2 also. There were a couple of CFS2 repaints down lower on that page.

Also, SopwithC and some other on here do excellent repaints of almost all freeware a/c. I would be surprised if they haven't got some out there for this one.
