Gone at 62 ...

Goodbye Farrah.

Mesmerizingly beautiful. When I was a kid, I had at least two of her posters hanging on my walls. I think one was the famous red swimsuit.

May her soul rest in peace.

May cancer be destroyed soon.

It's a darn shame that the news about Micheal Jackson has overshadowed this.

RIP

A very classy lady with very classy looks. A very good actress. She fought a good fight. Now she is at rest and free of all worldly pains.

I remember when Charlie's Angels was all the rage and every girl/woman wanted the Farrah Fawcett hair do. My older sister tried to duplicate it...it didn't go so well. We are half Native American, injuns to all you cowboy types, and our hair has all the curl of a titanium straight edge. She sprayed and brushed, and curled and sprayed....end result was that her head looked like a Shi Tzu right out of the dog show ring. My dad, brother and I laughed for the better part of a month every time she walked into the room.

Found the posters. I had these on my wall in my room growing up.

She was a part of my life.

Remember Farrah pants? Girls wore them, then she made some for guys.. I had some.. Great for dances. A girl I knew, her name was Benjiman, had a light blue pair.. Goodness.. I also had a Farrah suit later down the road.

Does anyone remember that she was married to the '6 Million Dollar Man'? Lee Majors?

Yep..

She is a part of America's roots..

the poster on the left, i remember it hanging on the wall at many of my buddie's rooms.

thanks for the explanation of the leaky thing, scoo, i can't believe i didn't pick that up right away.

She was an icon to women and changed things back in the 70's. With the cancer that took her life she faught it every step of the way to the end. She is in a better plan and the pain and suffering is over with.

Everybody had the red Farrah poster, and many if us would add Farrah in her half-open silver outfit from Sunburn.

A woman who defined beauty and grace, she always made me think of a star from the classic era of Hollywood.

RIP Farrah, God got himself another Angel.

Ditto. I and nearly every boyhood friend I had seemed to have the poster on the left, at one time or another, on their bedroom walls.
