A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Skins - World War I

Description: This is a livery for Stephan Scholz's Gotha G.V, serial 925/16 "Pommern" downed over the Essex during a London raid, may 19/20 1918.

She wears a hand painted five colours lozenges camouflage, and the words "Pommern" are written on left and right side of the fuselage.

Thanks Ravenna, this Bamberg pathfinder was commonly seen in german cockpits during WWI, the needle is very usefull to follow a course, the other gauges, airspeed and altimeter, were presents too in the Gotha G.IV cockpit.

Gotha G.IV 602-16 Snake

A new entry has be added to the CFS2/skins/WWI/ library.

A repaint for Stephan Scholz's CFS2 Gotha G.IV, the serial 602/16, with a green snake on the fuselage.

This plane was flown by Walter Aschoff, Erwin Kollberg and Sgt. Mayer from may to

september 1917, and made several raids over London during the "first blitz". She was

finally shot down in holland when flown by an other crew in september 1917.

That Belgian/Dutch border was a great problem for the various German authorities responsible for operations in Flanders. The northernmost heavy gun batteries were situated so that they could be trained on potential targets in Holland. Despite several incidents like the one mentioned Dutch neutrality was preserved.
