Greiner?s mission. He flew in Raum ?Tiger? (the Himmelbett control area). ? I was led in perfectly by the J?gerleitoffizier and shot down two Lancasters without much of a fight and after a relatively short period of time. Both of these bombers crashed into the Z?ider Zee in North-West Holland? It is believed that one of these Lancs was ED695 PO-J of 467 Sqn based at Bottesford. It crashed in flames at 03:21 hrs with all but two...
