Grounding AI aircraft

Have read that the time that AI aircraft fly can be changed to something like 0200. Grounding them so I can fly low level demo flights with my warbirds.
Can someone lead me by the hand to where this can be done?

AI aircraft are in the traffic files. Usually in scenery/world/scenery. You need TTools by Lee Swordy to edit these files. Find TTools at Simviation. http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm
