Grumman crash

In Perth - Western Australia, what looks like a Grumman Mallard, has stall turned and crashed into the Swan river, in front of thousands of onlookers, waiting for the annual Australia Day fireworks tonight. Both the pilot and passenger were killed........
Not good.

From what can be seen in a series of stills taken from the video, it appears to be VH-CQA (J-35) from Evan's Head on the east coast (at least that is where it was last known to be operating).
