Guam scenery for FSX.......

This past Sept., Guam (PGUM) scenery was posted on AVSIM. I am in the process of downloading it now. Some time back, FSDreamscenery was working on scenery for Guam, and in fact, there are Youtube preview videos posted online. I gather FSDreamscenery is no more? Was this scenery every available? Was it payware?
