• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

I've got some sub-arctic air you could have along with it, make it seem like winter in the mid-west, that I'm more than willing to give away. :icon_lol:

Had a high of 23F here today and it was grey. Better than last week's high of 0F I guess. :kilroy:
 
Snowed here yesterday, resulting in me having to leave the bike locked up and go everywhere on foot. *Grr*

Just came home early, the kooks are out on the raods here..Idiots think brakes are for stopping in snow...LOL

People ask me sometimes if I miss being a Highway Patrolman. Absolutely not. :icon_lol:
I don't have to deal with those 'people' and snowstorms anymore. :applause:
 
We had 4" to 5" of snow in the east and south east of England last night and this morning. It's not unheard of to have that amount of snow this time of year, but it is not something that happens every year.
 
I got over a foot of the white #@!$ you guys can have....

Actually, I don't mind snow until after Christmas... then I want it to all go away.

My daughters roommate from college was comming home and someone slid off the road in front of her so she slowed and had to stop, WHAM, this idiot slammed her in the rear and totaled her car..

I'm lovin' it gang. 12-14" are being called for. real disaster in the city. Had to drive in and get the wife. Horrendous white out, three vehicles aff the side of the road, one on its top. People here cannot drive in snow and it's been 13 years since we've had one of this size.

Gonna play with the boys tomorrow and watch some football. :applause:

Now that's no way fer a Yankee to talk, you know Vermont gets weather out of the Great White North. Had a friend from Vermont, we called him "bear", swear to God, boy would wear flip-flops in the snow. :isadizzy:

Be careful, Caz.. We've got almost a foot here already and it's still coming down.... Thankfully, we are done traveling for the day. Stay safe, buddy!

Way up here in the Pacific Northwest, all the TV news stations are all ga ga over the little bit of snow we got the last couple of days. I had about 5 inches on the shed and now it's down to a couple of inches. Those news guys and gals are all ga ga becuz the same two days last year we got just over two feet. And it didn't stop hardly for a week and we ended up with about 6 feet. Set a new record for this area. If I didn't hate heat, I'd probably be a snow bird every winter. As it is I stay inside mostly come Winter.
 
We're supposed to start getting snow here in Delaware starting sometime tonight, and on thru Saturday.
