Found an entry in the exe called GuidedWeapons, in the pilotsconstant.xml there is this
Entry "UnlockTechAtLevel" simply contains a map of level to the short
word for the technology that is unlocked for pilots at that level.

Has anyone done a campaign and accumulated such points? Wonder if it activates.....
