LOL...it's grizzly Adams.
Maybe that's what they were going after.
If I remember it was on TV at about this time too.
So, here's why I posted this.
I was dragged into a theater to watch this movie, "Buffalo Rider", for a family film time a long time ago.
Story of Buffalo Jones, if I remember.
(If you really want to watch it in it's entirety, it is a public domain movie located on YouTube:

MST3K would have had fun with it.
But it's actually more entertaining as "Guy On A Buffalo".)
Obviously low budget, wilderness, pioneer flick, which was the rage at the time in the 70's.
It was horrible and quickly forgotten.
So 33 years later, I'm checking another forum I belong to, lo and behold, "Guy On A Buffalo" is posted.
Talk about having a repressed memory.
That family get together came rushing back, me as a teenager miserable, my mother hitting me in the arm saying to, "Watch it, my father paid good money for this!".
(Yeah, 50 cents for a matinee.)
Maybe that why I developed a taste for bad movies later in life?
Anyway, thanks for your time.
