I'm no Hamilton fan but he managed to get his Championship 12 years sooner than Mansell.

I'd reckon that most F1 drivers have lead some kind of "charmed" life. There's no other way to get into a top motor racing team than bring a heap of sponsors or cash with you. Look at some of these Japanese drivers and Motogp riders, they just arn't up there with the top dogs but they get the opportunities....there's probably thousands of championship talented racers out there around the world that just haven't got the money to go racing.
