SOH-CM-2024
I've just uploaded the Hampden to CFS3/aircraft/British. This should be available once the Admin chaps have ok'd it.

3 Versions are in the package:

49 Squadron RAF.
Serial: P1333
Code: EA-F
Fiskerton airbase,
England.
August 1940.

44 Squadron RAF.
Serial: L4085
Code: JW-A
RAF Waddington
1939.

50 Squadron RAF.
Serial: AE116
Code: VN-a
RAF Waddington,
England.
1940.

This is Ted Cookes FS2004 model converted for use in CFS3.

External skins by John Wheelan, files, loadouts and effects etc. by Rob Stevenson.

Shaping up to be as nice a Christmas as we've had around here in a while! Thanks Clive, I'll be trying it soon!

Certainly a warmly welcomed addition to CFS3, it allows a lot of early war scenarios that have been impossible this far!

The textures need a bit of adjustment though... both VEA and JNa use the specular texture from JWA which itself looks like some kind of a place holder, being basically a greyscale version of the main texture with "stb inn" etc. markings on the tail surfaces. Oddly enough JWA itself doesn't have a specular at all. I assume there should be a "proper" specular for them but something has gone wrong at some point.

Thanks Clive, here's an old shot of the beta at Interlaken.

How do I lose the 'attached image' part of the post?

I'm on it Rene, I never did any spec textures for it, but I have now and will send to Clive!:untroubled:

Now this IS good news - I've been wanting one of these since CFS2 days! Many thanks to Clive, John and Rob.

Thank you Clive for making and releasing this plane. I enjoy flying it in several missions :encouragement:.
Merry Christmas :santahat:
