CLS did an Arrow, which was formerly payware. It's since been released as freeware.

There's also the Carenado Arrow, but it's the later T-tailed IV model.

Arrow III
There's also an Arrow III by Warren Baier which is freeware. I had the CLS Arrow, but got rid of it and kept the Arrow III because I like the looks of it better, with the extended fuselage.
I changed the instrument panel texture to a dark color, and that improves the looks of the VC considerably. It's a great plane to fly.
