I have recently experienced an issue with tuning Nav1 and Nav 2. This anomoly is not in every aircraft - but in some, it adds .01 to the freq. So for instance if you are tuning 114.00 (which in the Alpha/Virtavia A-6E shows as 114.00 in the display), it is actually tuning it to 114.01. If it is 113.5, then you see 113.51, and so on. Screenshots give you an idea.
Anyone know how to resolve this? I reloaded the gauges for that specific aircraft from the original, but still the issue persists.

I've seen something like it before although I couldn't say that was the cause of your problem.

Here's how I came across the problem:

When making an aircraft I thought it would be a clever idea to set the radio frequency to slightly off a real frequency. I could use this to simulate the radio being off while still remembering the radio frequency. Only problem was that if you changed the aircraft the radio would still be off frequency, but whenever you adjusted the radio frequency in the new aircraft it would increment or decrement the radio frequency but would never realign the frequency. I suspect that one of your aircraft may have tried this same trick and thus messed up your radio settings making it almost impossible to fix. That's the reason I never used that idea.

You may need to reset your radio frequencies manually by editing your default flight (is this happens to every flight you start).

Go to "My documents/ Flight Simulator X files" and open the .FLT file (in notepad) for your default flight and look for the following entries. Adjust any anomalous frequency numbers if required and save the file.
