Has anyone tried OFF 3 with Windows 2K Pro?

I have OFF 2 running fine with Windows 2000 Pro SP4, and I'm looking at getting OFF 3. I'm not in a hurry, I just spent $3K on my dog, so fun money is just a little tight right now. But I'd like to hear from anyone who has tried to run OFF 3 on Windows 2000 Pro.
 
I have, and on an older machine to boot. It runs just fine. You'll probably get more graphics out of it than me because I'm limited by my rig - but mechanically, everything works.
